I moved my console and now my USB and my net port on the back are not working. Help!

old Ion but upgraded to Windows 7. 
 I have remote connection before i moved it for tech, now i don't have anything. I also notice that my USB ports on the back of the console no longer work. Could I have knocked something loose when moving it?
