High end dataflash strobes

I am using the strobes for lightning/storm. I would like to get the maximum brightness out of the dataflashes for a 2 to 3 hit sequence per cue. Whatis the optimum setting for brightness, duration etc. to make this happen?

Duration at 50%+, Rate at 0, this will produce single, bursts at varying length depending on the Duration %. Take the intensity to full and the strobe will do one burst. Be careful with Datafalshes however, when using "Hyperflash" the lamp will rapidly overheat and then timeout. So, you may only be be able to get 2 or 3 bursts before the lamp times out.

Powering them off 208v will keep them from timing out as fast as they would if they were on 120v.
