Hi, we have an Ion Xe in our large auditorium. I tried to setup a new showfile for our graduation ceremonies this week. Here's what I did:
- File -> New from the Browser. Then chose not to save the current showfile. I had a recent showfile saved from an event from a few weeks ago.
- Realized I'd lost the graphical Magic Sheet created by our installer by creating a completely new showfile.
- Loaded a showfile from a few years ago. No control.
- Loaded a showfile from a few weeks ago. No control
- Power-cycled the console. No change.
Frustratingly enough, things were fine earlier before I tried to save a new showfile. Anyone have a suggestion?
