Snapshots not recalling blind-tracksheet correctly

(I should add that we tried re-making the display and re-recording the snapshot in 3.2, and it didn't fix the issue)

were you recording a full snapshot, a partial snapshot (both from the command line) or a single-screen snapshot (by clicking the plus in the display home screen)?

Hi, i've exactly the same macro type for a long time, for me it works perfect on 3.2, no difference with previous eos. Only troubles i got was when flexi ch tab1 was in an external screen. tab 1 moved from external screen to internal.

Plus to uerliegg questions: In your snapshot, is the blind flexi  your tab1 or 1.2 or else? when yu execute macro,  is it the same tab number as when you recorded snapshot? Is your blind flexi in the internal or external screen?

I am having this problem as well on 3.2.1. Just updated from 3.1.5. I had a simple full snapshot where Tab 1 would display the Blind spreadsheet with only intensities. 

Can ETC please look into this?

This is still happening in 3.2.3.19.

workaround is triggering the snapshot twice via macro.

ETC pleeeeease fix snapshots. It’s a core console function that can directly slow down any workflow if it’s not working correctly everytime. Us “forum-ers” will figure out workarounds, but some designers are not that tech-savvy and they should be able to record their treasured spreadsheet and recall it no matter what.

This fix was released today with software version 3.2.5.

Hi, this needs another look. I'm on 3.2.5 and cannot get it to recall the spreadsheet if I deselect any monitors when recording the snapshot. It works if I record and do not deselect monitors. Please fix in 3.2.6, this is still broken.

This is a bug that has been around before and was outside of the scope of this fix. It is still listed in our database as:

Roger. Snapshots have been troublesome for me for a few years now. I really really really hope the feature gets reworked. It is just one of the really important workflow tools that just has to work.
