Channels acting like they are parked - but not

if you select a  channel and then press {about} it will tell you all about the channel and where it is getting data from. Try that and let us know the outcome.

could it be that the reason why they're at full is not the console? like them being set to full in the dimmer processor?

and when you say they're not parked, how do you check that? are you looking at the p in the tombstones or the Park button not being lit, the "Parked Channels" indicator at the top right of the screen, or the park list?
