Hi all
I have been having an issue over the past week where my backup desk keeps synchronising with the Primary and then freezing for a few moments before coming back online. This freezes both the touch screen and the faceplate keyboards.
Our system is set up as the following:
- GIO@5 assigned as the backup
- ETC Puck assigned as primary unlocked to 6144 channels
- ETC Puck assigned as client
I've looked through the network settings and as far as I can tell nothing is out of the ordinary. We have ran the Gio and puck in this manner for 5 months with no issues like this, it only seems to be when I add in a client that this issue presents itself.
Has anyone had anything like this before and is there anything that I need to look out for specifically?

Software: 3.1.4 build 4
Fixture Library: 3.1.3.5
installed on all devices
Happy to provide anymore information if needed, but this one has me completely stumped!
