LEM - Double tap to fit should not act on a locked sheet

This has been posted before, but in 3.2.1 this still exists. I can double tap on my MS while in Limited Expand Mode and it fill throw off the layout and it then looks unprofessional and improper.

Hi! Just wanted to bump this one, since I encounter it fairly often. Thanks Eos Moderator for combing through the forums, hopefully this bug gets written up soon - shouldn't be too hard a fix!
