Record position from effect

Hi, I&rsquo;m trying to record a focus palette with positions from an effect, I have tried freeze and 0 rate. And then make manual. But to no avail. Is there a way to do this?

set your effect's exit behavior to "Stop and Hold". now when you stop the effect using StopEffect the channels will stay where they are but the effect is removed from the parameter so you can actually record the resulting values.
