Lost programming module

Hi all,
So after updating our IONxe to Eos version 3.2.0 we've lost the programming section of the console (the part below the encoders). Some of the buttons still light up, but won't work.

Today I've tried update to the latest version (3.2.3.19) but still bad luck. How do we get it back working again?
Within the maintenance tab it shows detected modules:
  1. Eos Main Playback (1.0.1.9.0.6)
  2. Intelligent Power (1.0.0.9.0.4)
  3. Ion XE/standard Faders (1.0.3.9.0.13)
Also, when going to Face Panel Test the programming section won't show up.
Thanks for the advice!

  • Thank you for posting and sorry that you're having an issue with your IonXE.

This sounds like an issue that would be best solved by talking to somebody on the phone. Would you mind getting in touch with Tech Support at the location closest to you. You can find the contacts here.

You'd help the person answering the phone if you had the serial number of your console ready: you can find it on a white sticker at the back of your console where it says SN.
