Blank Encoder Pages?

Is there a way to get rid of blank encoder pages? Any custom fixture that we have that uses "Form" has 6 pages of encoders, and all of them are blank except for one slot. 
 For example, we have combined the the Ion profile for the I-Cue mirror into a channel with a part that controls our DMX irises. The iris encoder is the first slot on the first page and all of the other pages are blank. There seems to be no logic in what encoder page opens when the channel is selected. 
 We also have a custom profile for our City Theatrical Projector Dowser, and this too has the dowser flag "form" on the first slot of the first page with all of the other slots in the six pages being blank.

Charles, the encoders now are populated based on patch. Parameters hold their position, regardless of the channel selection so that parameters appear in the same location, regardless. This is by user request. In an upcoming build, we will institute a flexi mode for the encoder pages, that condenses the controls to the current channel selection, much as the ML controls do now.
