Martin Viper AirFX No CMY Control

I am a little bit confused because you are talking about CMY Values AND a CMY Wheel.

However, i had a short look into the manual and ETC's Fixture Lib. Nothing unusual.

- Everything else on the Fixture is working as it should?
- Any Error Coder at the Display?
- Have you tryed to male a factury reset?

No Error code, we tried a new show file and it responds correctly. Not sure what might be causing it to work in a different show file. Thoughts?

In your "old" showfile... Is there an Asterix on the Fixture-Name in your Patch-Tab?

Yes there is

The Asterix is a Symbol that the current Showfile-Fixture is different to the Lib-version on your Desk.

Maybe the Fixture-Profile in your show is older or there are some custom changes.
That could be a reason for the different behavior.

Before you update the profile in your showfile make sure that Preserve Native in patch is enabled. Press Shift-Update and then head to the fixture editor, select the Viper profile and click Update Profile.

In Live perform a GoToCue Out and then check the fixture again.

That didn't fix the issue, we still have no CMY control and I forgot to mention that the fixture doesn't go to full, looks to be about 20 percent. 

Just for curiosity... are you able to share your Showfile.

And just to cover all our bases: How is data getting from your console to the fixture? Network or DMX? If network, could there be a competing data source?
