ION XE Power Button LED

Question

Hello, 
 
 i just want to ask why my ION XE console is not shutting down completely if i switch off via system. the desk Lamp, Power button blue LED and fan are still ON after proper shutdown. Our other ION XE is not like that after switching off they are completely shutdown. any idea??? thanks.

Hello Noli, if you switch of the power switch in the back, do all of those things then turn off? When you power it back on, does your console give an "improper shutdown" message? If you then do the switch off via system again, does the problem happen again? 
 I would recommend trying these tests, then contact your local ETC Technical Support with the results.
