DS Color flags either not showing or displaying wrong colors

The first thing to check would be if you don't have unwanted channels recorded in your color palettes. The DS color flag shows the color of the channel with the highest number that has data in the palette.

If that's not the problem, a showfile would indeed be helpful. Could you please post it either here or send to eos(dot)moderator(at)etcconnect(dot)com?

Hi, I've made sure nothing else is in the palettes and see that the highest channel numbers have different colors in the fixture color wheel than what's displayed in the DS flag. Showfile inbound via email.

Thank you for the showfile. We're seeing what you're describing. We'll investigate CP 144, 152 and 155. That's not to say that those are the only one with a problem, they're just meant to be a selection that shows all issues you're seeing: No flag at all or flag not being the same as color shown in encoder display. Do you agree?
