Rig Freezes from Snap to Scan and Windows Blue Screen Showed Up

Hello, I have had my ION Now for almost a year and have recently noticed a few things while using my console lately.

Running 1.8

First:  When Turning the Console On, The Console Froze following pushing the Primary Button to Enter the Console.  So I had to do a Hard Power Off.  Upon Rebooting for the 2nd time I received the WINDOWS BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH.  So I had to reboot again, and finally is booted properly and worked.  Any Reasons.

Second:  I having issues to all my lights freezing during certain tasks while running a show.  I was using 8 Design Spots 250's and 20 LED Fixtures.  When Selecting only the Design Spots 250s and going from Snap Color to Scan Color,  The Console has about a 3-4 second Freeze/Lag Time, along with the Entire Rig Freezing (All the movers Stop Moving and the LED Pause where there at.  after that time All Lights continue to move as they were before the pause.  The same is in reverse from Scan to Snap.  What can cause this, and is there a fix available.

Please let me know what I should do about these two issues.

    sorry about the freezing.... this is not normal behavior. You need to contact your ETC Dealer, or an ETC Technical Support @ an ETC office near to you
