Element 2 won't connect to our monitor

Question

Hello, were pretty new to the Element 2 so we dont have it really figured out. 
 weve been having major trouble connecting the Element 2 to our monitors. weve tried many diffrient things to try to fix this issue. weve tried diffrient monitorrs and diffrient connecting cables but to no avale. 
 is there a button we have topress on the board? 
 we are out of ideas so any suggestions would help.

 Otherwise please tell us what type of monitors (brand, model) you have and if you're using signal adapters between the console and the monitors.
