Level wheel behavior Apex Family

Question

Hello, 
 We received our first Apex 10, I think that you did a great job about the development of this product. 
 I've noticed that the level wheel behaves smoothly at the start, then applies more resistance at the end of the stroke. 
 A simple question today about the level wheel: is it possible to adjust the mechanical behavior of the magnetic brake linked to it ?

The Apex level wheel doesn't have any brake. 
 You might want to get in touch with your closest tech support hotline or service partner. Things like that are often simpler to troubleshoot over the phone. So either the company you bought the console from or one of the hotline numbers .

There was also a design flaw that was corrected, but maybe you got one before that -- where the keyboard drawer would interfere with the level wheel. It is supposed to work regardless of the drawer position but on some of the earlier models this was not the case and caused problems.
