Color parameters will not save when recording a cue.

Question

We are using the element board, and when playing back cues, only the latest recorded color parameter will come up. For example, if we have recorded cue 1 as red, and cue 2 as blue, when we play cue 1 only blue (cue 2) comes through. However, the intensity recorded for each cue remains works without this issue. This issue comes up when using our LED lights and irises. 
 We are working in a very unfunded high school theatre :( any help would be greatly appreciated

 Can you add a screenshot of the spreadsheet format of your cues where we can see the misbehaving channels in cues 1 and 2? And would you mind adding which software version you're using?
