Gio in 3.2 has no control of CEM+ racks

Question

I have a Gio and an Ion as a Primary and Client in a moving light rig with Net3 Nodes and ETC CEM+ dimmers. When the boards are in 3.2, I have control over all the moving lights, but zero control of the dimmers. After much troubleshooting, we took the boards back to 3.1 and got control of the dimmers back. We are going to program in 3.1, but is this a known problem with 3.2? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

Other than ETC Net2 it could also be using Draft sACN to control the CEM+ processor. This was removed as well with 3.2. 
 A CEM+ can receive Ratified sACN (the successor of Draft sACN) starting in CEM software version 3.1.1 which was released in 2010. 
 To better figure out what's happening you could head to the shell (while running 3.1) and then Settings > Network. Is ETC Net2 enabled? Is sACN set to Draft?
