How could i load manual crossfader on faders?

I'd like to control cue list crossfader manually with a midi controller, how cn we load crossfade on faders?

A cuelist's fader doing a manual crossfade is not a property of the fader but of the cuelist. [Cue] 1 [/] {Properties} and then choose {Man} in the Master column. 
 Second step would be to then assign the cuelist to a fader. This fader will then behave as manual crossfade.
