chansing cue list

Just to make sure I understand correctly:

You have cuelists 1 and 2. Cuelist 1 cue 2 executes cue 2 in cuelist 2. Cue 2 in cuelist 2 changes the intensity of some channels.
When pressing Go on cuelist 1 to transition to cue 3 you want the intensity values of cue 2 in cuelist 2 to remain?

Is cue 2/2 a static cue? Are there effects? Follow/Hang for other cues in cuelist 2?

cuelist 2 is a cue that loops with follow.
