Tuesday 6 feb i had a an issue with the ion. it became unresponsive. Couldn't move forward in cues either with the go button or manual.
In the morning at start up there was no light output but after a few moments the lights came one.
restarting the console solved the issue but a few hours later again the problem.
I include the log files.
question wil a deep clear be wise?
Its rather urgent i need the console next week.i now have the ion from another room but that needs to go back.
Hope the log files can tell you if it is a software or hardware problem
