Re mapping buttons

Question

Hello! 
 Unfortunately the level wheel on my gio crunches and has a lot of resistance. Until I can spare the time for it to go for a service, can I remap the level wheel onto the rate wheel? And if so how?

No you can't. Alternatives are of course typing values using [At] or using the [+%] and [-%] buttons. Other than that Tab 5 (ML Controls) might help you, where you can either use the on-screen encoders or a mouse wheel. And last but not least: Intens is also mapped to the physical encoders.
