New to EOS and VectorWorks - Gel Color is Not Applying to Light

Hello EOS community! 
 I am new to programming on EOS! I am trying to apply a gel to my lights through the Patch Tab, but the gel colors are not showing when the lights are at full. Any advice?

Eos versions 3.2.x don't know the word Rosco because of litigation. If you replace R by CC you should get your result.
