Ion - flaky desk USB

Some USB thumb drives work, others won't, on the Ion facepanel USB port.

The Kingston supplied with the console works, newly pirchased HP drives don;t, neither do re-formatted generic USB drives.

All drives work on the rear USB connections thru a powered hub.

Again, any help appreciated.

Hi Steve,

Which operating system are you using to to put the software on the USB Pen?

I am a mac user and when updating an ION the other week it would not recognise the pen until i formatted it in XP the hey presto! it found the pen!

Steve, probably best to call support - there are some tests they could have you do to see if there is a fault with that USB port-
