Home value? If so yous you can modify the fixture profile but you would be better setting a home preset. Put your lights in the position you want and then record the focus into a preset (lots of people use 9999) then set the home preset in setup to be 9999. When you home your fixtures it they will go to that position.

This shows why it's often helpful to explain a function you're looking for rather than assuming that everybody knows the terminology used by another console manufacturer.
What you're looking for doesn't exist in Eos.
If you're working in 3D, i.e. your fixtures have XYZ coordinates in patch, there is functionality to help you, albeit in a different way. You can make a preset (or focus palette) remember where the light is pointed rather than what Pan/Tilt angles the fixture needs to use to hit that spot. In that case even if the lights are rigged in a different position the fixture still points where it's supposed to point.
