Offline Client Help

Hey all,

I am now having problems with my offline/client software. It used to boot up fine. But now I get to the home screen hit EOS or Ion offline,  gives me the respective Start Screen but then gets stuck. Any thoughts?

    You don't say what O/S you're using so I'm going to assume it is Windows. One of the things the client software used to do (and may still do) is go searching for files on network drives. When I disconnected from the network it would wait for response from network drives that were no longer accessible. If that's the issue then unmap network drives before launching the client.
