I was operating last night and noticed the go button on our etc Gio wasn’t as easy to press as normal. I hit go and the console didn’t fire the cue! Realized I had to press the button heavier than normal. The button seems to be sticking. Is it possible for me to pop the key off easily to clean under it? Has anyone done this before on their consoles?
