Cues in all show files are incorrect

It sounds like it could be a couple of things. 

• You might have one or more submasters active. What color are the values in the Live tab for the fixtures that won't turn off? If they are yellow, that means a submaster has control of those parameters.
• Is there an architectural system in the theater that might also be controlling the lights?

No submaster are on and hone test the only thing I have programmed into a sub is the house lights which won’t even respond 

That sounds unpleasant. Can you share a showfile and possibly logfiles? You can send them to eos(dot)moderator(at)etcconnect(dot)com. Please indicate an example of a channel that is misbehaving, and if you know around what time you recorded changes that then instantly reverted that would be helpful as well.
