I am having some trouble with an effect and sub combination and hope someone will send me in the right direction..
My effect is a flyout on a cycle of 1. The steps are FP1 (high out) level 0 (intensity) FP2 (low in) background.
When I use manual data this works as I would expect but when the intensity data comes from a sub (proportional filtered to intensity only) the fixtures fly up, go out then don't come back on in the background state.
I looked at the manual and it said that unless I changed the sub to disable background it should be treated as background data.
Am I reading correctly? what am I missing here.
