If you want to create a new tab, the filter button is Displays/Controls by default. This means that a few items are hidden. In my opinion the default should be to show All Displays. Furthermore, this option should be sticky. Now each time you want to open a new tab, you have to select All Displays again or you get everything in a different order, which makes it very hard to find things.
