Transfer show files from windows to mac

Question

Hello, I just tried to transfer my show files ,via usb stick, from my Windows Pc to a MacBook. But everytime when I try to open the file this error came in: OnyxConsole 2024-04-25 22:49:00.715 Event Log: Show File Error: Unable to read file 
 Please help me:)

Hey, thanks for your help, but I just solve the Problem. I have transferred the whole Show Archive and now everything is working:)

Can you send us an email with the showfile directly from the PC as well as the showfile copied over from the mac? eos(dot)moderator(at)etcconnect(dot)com. If you could also indicate what the software version on your PC and on your Mac are that would be most helpful.
