DMX Output connector on new Ion X

Question

I have a new Ion Xe20 light board -- very happy with it so far, although we are still learning. Last month, we had to add a second universe of DMX. The DMX connector Number 2 on the back of the board refuses to seat the DMX cable with a satisfying click. So it's a fragile point of failure. Is the DMX cable connector available from ETC, and is it a job that I could probably tackle?

This sounds like it's something to look at in a conversation, either with your dealer or with ETC Tech Support.
