Is there a way to go to cue executing other lists, but not macros?

I am using a second list to follow the page number OOS, which I always want to execute, but I don't want to necessarily execute the sound OOS show control list, or macros, etc as I'm jumping around. Is there a way to specify what I want to execute?

I can definitely solo mode lists other lists. But this doesn't help me not execute other things like macros. I guess I could execute all of my macros in another OOS list and solo / unsolo it. That's a workable solution.
