Problem with the Stop_effect

Hello everyone, i have an ETC EOS Nomad and i have a problem with the shortcut stop_effect (alt+ctrl+shift+E). Sometimes when i do this command (stop_effect) that's make the command Circ 709. I don't understand why... Someone can help me ? Thanks in advance

What software version are you using, and what's your keyboard layout? The current shortcut is Shift+Alt+E (or if you decided not to use Shift as Eos Shift in setup: Z+Alt+E).
