Squeaky Intensity Wheel on Ion

I have a customer with a new Ion Console and the intensity wheel is very squeaky. It does not stick, and it responds appropriately, it just makes you cringe any time you use it.

Is there any recommended method of "greasing" the wheel that will not damage the console?

I have an Eos wheel like that, although I suspect that's more due to over-use than anything else! (Flash, Anne ;-)

My wheel is lopsided and makes an annoying noise and doesnt spin very long, what should i do because i cant send it anywhere
