I have recently acquired an EOS -ION console for a university theatre... I've had numerous recommendations on how easy it was to use both for pro-technicians and for students and that it is, now for my problem.
For some reason/s I cannot get it to talk to my MAC moving heads. I have tried different DMX universe configurations, tested the lines with a DMX tester, tried different lighting consols and it all worked, aexcept through the ION so please, please, please can ANYBODY help!!!
