MV Flag - what'd it mean then?

Got some data put into a Q on my ION show that made the duration go really long.

The MV column got a 'D' put into it.  Tried looking for what the MV column and flags mean in the manual but cannot find the answer.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me?  I deleted the cue and re-wrote it in the end - good solution...

Cheers

  • The MV column is for moves.  The D means there is a dark move happening during that fade.  One or more lights are moving while their intensities are not up.

An L would be a live move and a + would mean both live and dark moves happening.

    Hope this helps

  • Just a bit more.  A live move is anytime lights are going from an inactive state (out) to active (intensity above zero) and there are also NP moves.  We will also be adding the "L" flag (in the next release) anytime the lights are fading to inactive and you also have a NP move.  NPs moving while the lights are active will not result in an "L".
