Goto Cue with links (minus minus links)

Check to see if there is a TD in the playback window by the fade times.  this stands for Timing Disable, and lets you step through cues one at a time, without the cue time.  The links wouldn't follow.

Press and release [fader control], press and hold SK [Timing Disable] and press the load key for the fader the cues are running on.  This should (IIRC) enable/disable the TD.

I understand that GOTO_CUE does not run follows by default.

Does anyone know a way of running a set of linked cues from a Macro???

Are you triggering from one Q list from another or is this fired from elsewhere?

Probably a macro that includes:  clear_command_line  Q x / y  enter (x being Q list y being Q no.) Load Playback x (ie a hit on the associated playback load button) then a Go on the associated Playback Go.

All of which should be able to be done from the Macro Blind screen.

This should work as you hope and run whatever follow-ons you have on the associated playback.

If you're triggering from another playback. The command Execute Q x / y should run and follow on the cues as you would expect.

From the command line, you can use:

[LoadCue] [Cue #] [Enter] [Go]

This will play back the sequence with all of its follows and hangs in time, but it's a weird thing to try to write into a macro this way.  I would defer to Warren's macro above.

It's weird that the manual says that {MinusLinks} will go to the cue without follows and hangs as I believe this is the default behavior.  I assume that this functionality is now limited to minus external links.  It seems like the empty softkey there should be {WithFollows}.
