Issues with Effects on Submasters

Hi, I'm loving the fact that we can now run mutiple intensity effects on the same group of channels at once but I've come up against a few issues.

Actually assigning an effect seems quite a difficult task. As far as I can tell I need a [goto][CUE]0 command or similar to make sure that no channels are manual (Or clear enter etc). Then hit [RECALL FROM][EFFECT] X [ENTER] to get the effect to run. Incidentally dbl clicking the direct select works as a Recall From command for Palettes but not for Effects which is annoying. Then I have to hit [RECORD][SUB] Y, then [STOP EFFECT] and then go to subs list [SUB][SUB], then [EDIT] to check nothing was added by mistake to the sub and then change the sub from an Additive to Intensity Master. Then go back to LIVE and start the whole thing over again for the next effect!

Is there a reason why from live [SUB] Y [RECORD][EFFECT] X can't work? (Or even better, Sub 1 thru 20 record effect 1 thru 20!)

Or at least in Blind Sub, [SUB] Y [EFFECT] X [ENTER]?

And is there any way of removing an effect from a sub if it is recorded there by mistake (And you don't particularly want to delete the sub as it has other things in it. In Blind [SUB] Y [EFFECT][ENTER] would make sense)

Also once an effect has been assigned to a sub and that sub to a fader there is no way of knowing if that effect is running or not (When you are triggering it on/off from the bump button). Of course the channel screen will show "E_number" but that doesn't help if you have multiple effects running. Just an FX1 etc flag in the fader window perhaps?

Lastly and I may not have figured this out so aplogies if so but how do I get an effect on a sub to stop in time. At the moment hit the sub bump button and the effect stops dead. I have put a time on the down time of the sub but that makes no difference. I have changed the OUT time on the effect but no difference. I have changed the out time on the effect to CUE/SUB (sorry might have that not quite right) and still no difference!

Any thoughts?

Cheers, Liam.
