DMX Output rate

On Ion, Exit to the shell and have a look in Settings > Local I/O

On Eos, adjust the port speed on the appropriate DMX Gateway using Gateway Configuration Editor (GCE) - double-click on the DMX Gateway, and look on the "DMX Ports" tab.
- Note that port speed can only be adjusted for DMX Gateways running in ACN mode. DMX Gateways running in Net2 mode have a fixed port speed.

Nothing is local it is all Ethernet. And my dimmer racks are hard wired. No DMX.. . Thoughts

If everything is ethernet and you say that the racks are hard wired with DMX, there must be some external device converting EDMX/sACN into DMX. Are you using ETC Net2/Net 3 gateways? If not, what device are you using to convert to DMX?
