ETC response 4 port gateway configuration (not the Mk2)

Good Evening, 
 I have a Gio running 3.2.5 (i think) and a response 4 port gateway. 
 The gateway looks to have a dynamic IP address and I want to set it to a static IP. I exited the EOS software and went in to settings to start concert. The gateway does not show up under concert. The gateway does work but I want it to be static IP so we can have everything stable. 
 How can I set the IP on the gateway? I have searched the web and it shows a set up manual but it does not tell me how to do it.

For the gateway to show up in the regular Concert view it needs to be in the same subnet as the computer running Concert. Your gateway probably has 169.254 while the console is e.g. in 10.101 
 Either you bring your console to this range for this moment of configuration and then back to the original IP, or you use the Find Unreachable Devices tool in Concert's Options menu.
