Which cuelist is assigned to your main Go button is tied to the user number. So if it worked before and afterwards didn't either somebody changed the user to a user ID that didn't have the mapping, or somebody unmapped the cuelist for the user (e.g. Shift+Load).

will check this monday. If i get it right, in this case, just jave to send the cuelist to the GO button? Gotocue isn't enough to map?

indded it worked. But at one moment yesterday, go master inactive, i try to load cue1/load and nothing happens. we had to restart ion so that master ifind cue1/ again. Does it come from a device trouble?

(no matter i was in user 1 or 2, at some point i even deleted user 2 , nothing better. the ion did even not want to conclude. the syntax cue 1/load (master load), was absolutely unefficient, nothing  more in the command line than cue 1 / . Plus, load the cue list 1 in a fader was perfectly working.

and today, i lost iris, edge and zoom and had to reboot to recover them. So my device is sick, went  to the doctor and got replaced.

confirmed since, the SSD was sick, It appears that this ion xe20 serie got troubles with its SSD hard drive;

so SSD will be replaced; and problem is solved.
