Apex fader wheels show unformatted value for Man Time fader

3.2.8, Apex 10

fader 3 and wheel 8 are both assigned to a manual time fader with default min/max range (0/5) and are set to full.

the fader shows correctly 5s, the wheel does behave correctly but shows 5000%.
