Hello, my theatre recently received a new Ion XE 20 board that I am finishing setting up, however I have run into an issue.
The second display monitor we have doesn't actually show the screen, and just a large plus sign in the middle of the screen. I can click around on the screen and trigger button presses, but no buttons show besides the large plus sign, and clicking that does nothing. Is there a way to remove this?
