When creating a macro the console lockout isnt there
You can just type SHIFT+Escape in the Macro editor to create a console lock macro.
You'd have to remember how to unlock the console though, because if it's locked your macro buttons won't work ;-)

Just as a general note: There are things that don't show up in the list that still can be added to a macro either by learning or when editing. While it is a goal to add all those things over time, the priority of this task is not at the top of the list.
