Hi Anne,
Hope you are well & recovered from PLASA.
I have just upgraded the software on my Ion console & experience a problem with the monitor dispalys locking into position.
The monitors go on and seem to recognize the console, but no information comes up in the 2nd one.
I exit ION &go back to settings & into the monitor set-up screen.
Mon 1 is in lower position & 2 is in the upper (avaialble) position.
I highlight no 2 and move it to the lower active position, press identify & 1 & 2 come up on the screen.
I apply & go out of window to activate ION Programme & allow to boot up.
All I get on screen 2 is Programme name & time.
If I exit out back to the screen set up, the displays are re-located back to the up & down positions.
It only happened aftwer we upgraded to the new release software.
Can you offer me any advice on correcting this? It's very frustrating & does not work properly.

Press and hold [Tab] and then press [page >]
This will move the active tab to the other monitor.
Once the second monitor is working, no need to go back into the external monitor arrangement - it may re-set to show only one monitor.
Just use Tab and the left/right arrow keys to move your active display.
