Afternoon Team!
I have just had a call from an LD on a ship running an Ion with 1.9 software.
He has six Mac300s in mode 4.
He can move them, change the colour, frost and strobe 'em, but can't do anything to them from the Lamp Controls screen. So no resets, lamp off, and most importantly Lamp On!! He has just had to swing round in his harness doing it manually, which he was a little grumpy about.
Has anyone else seen this recently? Or is he just unfortunate?
