Macro continue/Hold for input

Sorry for the lack of response...Anne usually gets back right away on these.

Right now there is no plan to put these commands into Eos, but that could change.

Don't worry...we want all the requests we can get.  I, along with the rest of our development team, try to slip in as many of these minor, yet useful, things as we can in the process of doing a new release (usually not as many as Anne would like).   We have a number of other macro enhancement requests...we have this one on the list now, so we won't forget about it. 

I hope you enjoy using Eos and watching the maturation of this wonderful product.
