GIO malfunction

Question

Desk jumping to cue 1 with with all channels falling to 0% on its own. Changing to other cues causes the above to happen instantly. Using an gio with laptop as client, definitely no buttons being pressed or keys being held. Is this a known issue? Planning to send the desk off for a service, is this the right corse of action? (All software most recent.)

As first troubleshooting step I suggest going to setup > show control and disabling all protocols, and then trying again. 
 If this is the solution you have a feedback loop probably either from MSC or OSC.
