Is there a good way to deal with MC fixtures with a master channel (such as the GLP FR-10 bars) in combination with marking?
The use case is this:
I am using the masters at full all the time to make for more predictable fades of the individual cells. This causes the fixture not to automark because the fixture is seen as "above zero" even if all the individual cells are off. Also, referenced marking does not fully work, so I have to revert to manually setting the bars to the right tilt position.
How do others tackle this?
I thought about inverting the master cell value in the fixture profile or building a fixture profile with 10 intensity channels, but I am afraid this won't solve my problem.
